NEC has announced a new Tablet PC namely, NEC LifeTouch which features 7-inch screen with resolution of 800×480 pixel, 3megapixel camera with autofocus, internal stereo speakers, and many more. It runs on Android 2.1 operating system and supports SD/SDHC external memory card slot. The device includes Wi-Fi 802.11b/11g, Bluetooth Ver.2.1 + EDR, and GPS connectivity options as well as has ARM Cortex A8 CPU, & Mobile DDR 256MB.

The NEC Life Touch Android Tablet provides 8 hours of battery back up and also supports supports H.264, MPEG-4, MP3, OGG, and WAV media files. It is described as a cloud communicator and has Accelerometer, light, and digital compass sensors. The NEC Life Touch Android Tablet will be shipping at the end of the November, 2010 in Japan. But, there is no information about its pricing.
